Introducing Stitch!

eightleggedadventu

Hello Everyone,

Today I want to introduce to you Stitch! Stitch is an Antilles Pink Toe (Caribena Versicolor), and a very slow growing one at that. We bought Stitch as a very small sling, and it seems like it is determined to stay a small blue sling. Stitch is an interesting little tarantula always trying to make a break for it when we mist its enclosure. We aren't really sure why, being that this is a high canopy dwelling tarantula who should enjoy the early morning mist that it would get daily in its natural habitat. That being said this fast-moving tarantula is beautiful to look at and a highlight of our day. We always love watching Stitch build fly balls in jump around its enclosure.

Thanks for reading and happy adventuring!
